Cardio tennis: Our one-hour classes provide fun and casual group exercise for all ages, ability and fitness levels. Our sessions bring together a variety of cardio workouts, tennis drills, and games. A typical class involves a warm up featuring dynamic movement, catching/tossing skills and light hitting, followed by a variety of games and a cool down. Our coaches will also provide light coaching (strokes and footwork).For this class, we have a max of 6 players to a court.
Adult Tennis lessons: We are offering tennis lessons for beginners, advanced beginners and intermediate players. Drills will cover proper stroke technique, footwork, positioning and game strategy. This is a great way to get some exercise, meet new people and hone your tennis skills. For this class, we have a max of 4 players to a court.
-Coaches: We have recruited a a top-notch team of coaches for both our youth and adult programs! Our Spring adult tennis will be taught by Erin Rosebar, Danielle Faucher, Alex Alterman, Conrad Emerson, Claire Liebmann and Narguess Moassar. Check out their bios here.
-Price: $35/class or $280 for 8-week season. For cardio classes, we accept drop-ins. For our tennis lessons, we prefer that you sign up for 8-week season but we're flexible (you can pro-rate--email Kate).
-Where: Lafayette-Pointer Park Tennis courts (Courts 1). Please note these are outdoor courts.

-Make ups: We will offer make-up classes the week of May 15. We will also allow players to make up missed classes by attending other classes during the week (M-F) or weekend (Sat/Sun). We will also provide an online sign-up where players can trade slots.
